This listing is for a three part system. The buyer will receive: • an Accufast XL Labeler with Stamp Affixer (and stand) • an Accufast KT 1' Tabber • an Accufast 3FV Conveyor • 3 power cords • an Accufast XL manual and an Accufast KT manual ** This listing does not include any stamps, labels or tabs ** This Accufast XL has a low usage count of less than 200,000 pieces. It is in great operating condition and has new spongey transport wheels. It also comes with 'scratchless' blue urethane separators in place of the rough stone separators and has the nicer mechanical slider for adjusting the feeder speed instead of the old electronic touch panel. It comes with a stamp affixer preinstalled and easily switches between stamps and labels. ** Applies up to 15,000 labels per hour! ** The Accufast XL can store jobs in memory for easy changeover.
It also has a convenient LCD display for altering the programs and displaying any detected faults. Programs can be entered using either English or metric units. Also, many settings can easily be changed on the fly (e.g. The XL has a sturdy, steel construction which makes it a very durable piece of equipment. The head unit simply lifts off of the machine for easy maintenance and jam removal. The head also slides freely side to side in order to quickly reposition the label or stamp being applied. The Accufast KT Tabber is designed for use with 1' tabs that are either friction fed or tractor fed (clear or opaque) and can apply up to 15,000 every hour.

Published: December 3, 2011 UPDATED If you experience tabbing problems on the Accufast KT, tune the sensor for – Also know as a KT Sensor Reset: WARNING DO NOT PLACE FINGERS OR TOOLS BETWEEN OR NEAR MOVING PARTS. 1) Turn the POWER SWITCH off. 2) Remove any tabs and debris from the peel point area through the INSPECTION WINDOW on the input end, below the threading path.
CAUTION IF ALL TABS AND DEBRIS ARE NOT REMOVED FROM THE PEEL POINT AREA BEFORE CLEAR TAB IS ACTIVATED, THE SENSOR’S DEFINITION OF CLEAR TABS WILL CHANGE AND CLEAR TABBING WILL BE PREVENTED.
