University Convocation Procession All staff and faculty are invited to participate in the procession that begins University Convocation. We encourage everyone to wear regalia, but it is optional.

The two-foot long, nine-pound scepter, designed by Tim Doebler of WSU's Fine Arts Department, is cast in silver and bronze and features a globe atop a laurel branch.
