Tcpmp For Palm Tx Download
Tcpmp and wmv in Palm TX, Wilfrid, 10/2/07 7:33 AM. Hi, I realised there is no codec for tcpmp for playing wmv files. However there. I didn't download any.
I have watched a few videos on my palm powered device, but without a replaceable battery option on my tungsten t3 i usually use my windows mobile devices. With the new tungsten t5 and rumored, more people may be using a palm device as a portable movie machine. To help you out, tanker bob posted an excellent, detailed: kinoma, mmplayer, and tealmovie. I have been using mmplayer, since i always felt a bit limited with kinoma; however, there is a newer version of kinoma, and tanker bob thinks it levels the playing field between kinoma and mmplayer, so i will have to give it a try soon. Tealmovie lags way behind and is not in the running in this field. User comments 39 comment(s) tcpmp for me (11:59am est tue may 03 2005) i'm using the open source player tcpmp. This is a great player for divx, mpegs and mp3s.
It's currently at.65 beta, but it works great. I'd advise everyone to give it a try and if you like it donate to the author – by rsimms word (2:34pm est tue may 03 2005) who the f watches movies on their palm – by really? Me (6:54pm est tue may 03 2005) and many othes apparently – by duh not me anymore. (9:00pm est tue may 03 2005) i used to be a die hard palm video fan. Mine is a nr70v so its damn smooth with kinoma and widescreen.
But the battery life for playing video on palm is plan suck. So i spent 300 bucks on a toshiba dvd player. I can even burn divx into dvd directly using ilife 05. – by ah tcpmp (9:30pm est tue may 03 2005) definately tcpmp is the best player. And its free!
– by magellan tcmp for everyone (7:20am est wed may 04 2005) tcmp is simply the best – by morzyel tcmp – at the gym! (10:44am est wed may 04 2005) i moved from mmplayer to the excellent tcmp, and use it to watch movies at the gym while on the elliptical/bike/etc – by gcs tcpmp (11:57am est wed may 04 2005) kinoma only recently began to resemble a real player (i.e. – don't need to convert to stupid proprietary file format). And tealmovie???? Vmware workstation 12 serial key. When was this written 2 years ago? Tealmovie is has not been considered a usable video solution by anybody ever – least of all since os 5 (i.e. Over 2 years now).
Tcpmp and mmplayer are the only real players – and since tcpmp is free, faster and more stable (and has only been out a few weeks for palm!) there is no comparison. Tcpmp is a real video player app. Btw – to all the people who say 'who watches video on a palm?' – go ahead and spend hundreds on a separate video player – are you going to carry that with you every where? I know that many people have no use for mobile video, but for those who travel a lot or have a long transit commute to work (i.e. Millions of people) – this is great. And even on my t3 (the article mentions the t3 as not being practical because of battery), i have zero battery issues when it comes to watching half-hour tv episodes on the subway every day.
Chertezhi proektov kafe. I grab em from the net (no conversion or re-encoding necessary because of the robustness of tcpmp) and my subway commute flies. I know that t3 battery life was not designed with this in mind – but i can still watch an entire feature length movie no problem.
– by shoe wm (12:17pm est wed may 04 2005) who would spend so much time converting and then watching it in their palm?just use you windows mobile device.you can even play mpeg and divx without conversion natively in wm2003 with free players – by ppc fanboy tcpmp is the best!! (1:12pm est wed may 04 2005) watching my.avi and.mpg files at 320×480 resolution is better on my clie nx80 than my toshiba e750 320×280 screen, no need to overclock with tcpmp.
This is the best player to date and free, now palm world can beat pocketpc in multimedia if higher res. Ppc not become cheaper in near future.
Better buy tungsten t3 or clie nx73/80. And buy separate big cf/sd memory, then you got your own pmc with added pda function ). (of course the storage will not up to 20gb, but in my 1gb cf: i loaded 5 hi-res movies to play with my clie).
Oh by the way, the best and easiest way to transferyour dvd movies into divx.avi file just use pocketdvd software, it fast and realible. – by cheers!!
-anakuper smartmovie (4:39am est thu may 05 2005) i havre tried all the three players, but to my amazement, a fourth player, which imo is the best by far, isn't mentioned. It's smartmovie, plays divx and xvid perfectly, is absolutely rock stable, and has all the controls you'll ever need. I can't believe this wasn't reviewed! Re: who watches movies on their palm?
