This list is for the Network UPS Tools (NUT) software, but this log looks like it is from something else entirely. The RPMs listed on rpmfind.net for RH9 seem very old, so you will probably need to compile from source: Then, since your UPS is not listed in the compatibility list, you probably need to try a few drivers, such as megatec. There is a new gamatronic driver that is being expanded to handle the full SEC protocol, and that might work as well. UPSilon 2000 is mentioned on which suggests that the 'megatec' driver is indeed the right one. NUT has its own drivers separate from the megatec.com.tw site that Arjen mentioned, and NUT was developed with Unix-like systems like RedHat in mind. Our driver is called 'megatec' as well.
